DEVELOPMENT PARTNER acquired the development site for the AIRGATE project in 2007. The plot of some 3,147 m² enjoys a prominent location and the plan is to build on it a seven-story office building with a rentable area of approx. 4,500 m², based on plans by the renowned architects Chapman Taylor/AIP Consulting. Together with the new Maritim Hotel, the AIRGATE will form the future entrance to Airport City.
